You own the products, ideas, and plans you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them to run the service.

Agents and Coach Nora provide suggestions, not professional advice. Product decisions remain your responsibility.

No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or access others' data without permission.

We aim for high availability but provide CIVA "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

You may stop using CIVA at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
